Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure the best service and satisfaction for our clients, all bookings must be confirmed via phone calls. This allows us to verify details and provide personalised service. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively. Cancellation: Cancellations must also be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee, as it prevents us from filling the slot with other clients.
